I've thought a lot about whether I'll continue this blog. Seeing how I'm averaging a post every few months. But honestly, I love looking through our life too much not to do it. I often get lost re-reading these posts and it always leaves me encouraged.
Not to mention it makes me thankful.
This last year has been hard, making it easy to forget all that I have to be thankful for. But reading these memories. Seeing the kids at various stages. Reading their hilarious remarks. It brings me back to a thankful place and helps me see the bigger picture of all of these messy mundane moments.
I do hope to make more time to blog, but until then here's a little of what we've been up to in pictures.

Learning to play together is hard work. Especially for Bray. Poor guy just wants everyone to play like him. |

1 week away from one. How can that be? |
I feel the same way about blogging... I often think, why am I doing this? and then I realize that I really have captured a lot of great memories and I LOVE looking back at old posts. I also feel like I need to keep up with it for marketing/networking for my shop... but dang. That is a LOT of work.
ReplyDeleteIt IS a lot of work, but I look forward to the day when I get to hand a book of blog posts to the kids and say, "this is what life looked like back then." Which by the way, have you found a good company who can turn your posts into a book?
