7 lbs. That’s how many blueberries we picked on Friday. Since my son and husband don’t care for them, and Avery can’t decide, I might be the only one indulging in all the blueberry yumminess that’s to come. However, Bob was willing to try granola with blueberries and milk this morning. He ended up  enjoying it, saying these blueberries aren’t as mushy as store bought. Whatever the reasoning, I’ll take it along with the glimmer of hope it brings.

I have dug around the inter-webs for some recipes that use blueberries.

In honor of this post, I’ve got blueberry muffins in the oven. It only seemed right.
