Happy sweet treat day

Another holiday for the books...or blog?

I don't think there's ever been a cuter owl.

Trying to figure each other out.

All the Gibler/Totta cousins at Nana's.

I envisioned this looking a little different, but whatever. Boys make good hair dressers too.

Braydon is incredibly sensitive to "scary" things so our "trick or treating" was reduced to visiting his two Nana and Papas, which we were completely ok with. In fact, I was tucked in bed by 9:15 p.m. My kind of Halloween :)

I know Halloween can be a hot topic for some. For us, it's about candy and costumes. Many things could change our mind down the road, but for now we will raise our children with the understanding that Halloween could also be called Sweet Treats Day, since that's what it's about to us; dressing up to get candy.

Whether you were galavanting the streets as hulk, trunk or treating, or hunkered down by candle light to avoid all celebratory acts on such an evil day, we can all appreciate an evening of memory making.
